Dette er andre gang, og sp\u00f8rreskjema sendes ut i mars.<\/p>\n<p>ARK skal v\u00e6re et lederverkt\u00f8y, en medvirkningsarena og en forskningsdatabase.<\/p>\n<p>Form\u00e5let\u202fmed unders\u00f8kelsen er for \u00e5 f\u00e5 innsikt i hva arbeidsmilj\u00f8 handler om for oss, og hvordan vi kan legge til rette for og videreutvikle et godt arbeidsmilj\u00f8. For \u00e5 f\u00e5 mest mulig ut av unders\u00f8kelsen, er det viktig at alle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Svarer p\u00e5 sp\u00f8rreunders\u00f8kelsen<\/li>\n<li>Leser gjennom og reflekterer over rapporten n\u00e5r den kommer<\/li>\n<li>Deltar aktivt i diskusjoner og fora der ARK er tema<\/li>\n<li>Bidra til at tiltak for bedre arbeidsmilj\u00f8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vi planlegger \u00e5 g\u00e5 gjennom hovedpunktene i ARK-unders\u00f8kelsen p\u00e5 K2 Retreat 2021 som vi h\u00e5per \u00e5 kunne arrangere til h\u00f8sten. This is the second time, and a questionnaire will be sent out in March.<\/p>\n<p>ARK is an management tool, a participation arena, and a research database.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the survey is to gain insight into what the working environment is about for us, and how we can facilitate and further develop a good working environment. To get the most out of the survey, it is important that everyone:<\/p>\n<p>-Responds to the survey<\/p>\n<p>-Reads through and reflects on the report when it arrives<\/p>\n<p>-Actively participates in discussions and forums where ARK is a topic.<\/p>\n<p>-Contribute to measures for a better working environment<\/p>\n<p>We plan to go through the main points in the ARK survey at the K2 Retreat 2021, which we hope to be able to arrange this autumn.
