De mange kollegaene som er ansatt i s\u00e5kalte dobbeltstillinger er p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5ter navet i dette samarbeidet og de som driver den kliniske forskningen fremover. Selv om samarbeidet er godt er det ogs\u00e5 rusk i maskineriet.<\/p>\n<p>Ulik l\u00f8nnsmodell i rekrutteringsstillinger mellom de som er ansatt p\u00e5 UiB og helseforetaket er en kilde til d\u00e5rlig stemning da personer som har samme type jobb og funksjon kan ende opp med sv\u00e6rt ulik l\u00f8nn. De f\u00f8r s\u00e5 ettertraktede bistillingene p\u00e5 UiB er ikke lenger s\u00e5 attraktive. Kollegaer opplever at de f\u00e5r mye mer jobb og stress uten at avdelingen legger til rette for forskning og undervisning. Hvis tjenesteplanen i tillegg reduseres spises det nylige l\u00f8nnsl\u00f8ftet II-er stillingen har f\u00e5tt opp. Det er mange som n\u00e5 stiller seg sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let \u2013 vil jeg dette?<\/p>\n<p>Jeg etterlyser et bedre samarbeidsklima. Vi skal ikke v\u00e6re konkurrenter \u2013 v\u00e5re rivaler er forsknings- og undervisningsmilj\u00f8ene i Oslo, Trondheim og Troms\u00f8. Vi Vestlendinger m\u00e5 arbeide godt og koordinert slik at vi kan konkurrere bedre p\u00e5 nasjonale og internasjonale arenaer. Kanskje en arbeidsgruppe kan se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 hvordan samarbeidet konkret kan bedres, blant annet n\u00e5r det gjelder stillingsbetingelser og oppgaver innen forskning og undervisning.<\/p>\n<p>Eystein<\/p>\n<p>Visestyrer[:en]<a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2015\/09\/Ultrafiolett-Eystein.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7421 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2015\/09\/Ultrafiolett-Eystein.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"153\" height=\"204\" \/><\/a>As an employee at the University of Bergen and Haukeland University Hospital for almost 25 years, I have been able to participate in and witness a fantastic research and competence building in our institutions. The many colleagues who are employed in so-called dual positions (both UiB and HUH) are in many ways the hubs of this collaboration and those who drive clinical research forward. Although the cooperation is good, there is also \u201cdebris in the machinery\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Different salary models in recruitment positions between those who are employed at UiB and the health trust are a source of a potential conflicts as people who have the same type of job and function can end up with very different salaries. The previously sought-after part-time positions at UiB are no longer so attractive. Colleagues experience that they get a lot more work and stress without the department facilitating research and teaching. If a part-time UiB-position lead to reduced workplan at the hospital, the recent salary increase to these postion is being \u201ceaten up\u201d. There are many who now ask themselves the question &#8211; do I want this?<\/p>\n<p>I call for a better climate of cooperation. We should not be competitors &#8211; our opponents are the research and teaching environments in Oslo, Trondheim and Troms\u00f8. We in Western Norway need to cooperate more and become more competitive on the national and international arena.
