{"id":18516,"date":"2020-11-05T20:55:13","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T19:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/?p=18516"},"modified":"2020-11-05T21:00:39","modified_gmt":"2020-11-05T20:00:39","slug":"submissions-of-organised-sessions-are-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/nb_no\/2020\/11\/05\/submissions-of-organised-sessions-are-open\/","title":{"rendered":"[:no]English: Submissions of Organised Sessions are open[:en]Submissions of Organized Sessions are open[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is now possible to submit a proposal of an Organized Session for The 12th European Congress on Tropical Medicine and International Health (ECTMIH) 28<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 1<sup>st<\/sup> October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The Congress will be virtual, for more information visit our website <a href=\"https:\/\/ectmih2021.no\/\">ectmih2021.no<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline: 15th December 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organized Sessions should have a specific scientific focus and needs to be integrated in and relevant to the overall conference theme and to the scientific tracks in the programme for ECTMIH 2021.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This year the focus is on Global challenges in health, migration and equity. The theme is explored further in nine scientific tracks:<\/p>\n<p>Track 1. Migration, climate and health<\/p>\n<p>Track 2. HIV, TB and hepatitis<\/p>\n<p>Track 3. Malaria, vector-borne and neglected tropical diseases<\/p>\n<p>Track 4. OneHealth, antimicrobial resistance, water and sanitation<\/p>\n<p>Track 5. Universal health coverage, health priorities, public health &amp; health systems, e-health and governance<\/p>\n<p>Track 6. Nutrition, NCD\u2019s and oral health<\/p>\n<p>Track 7. Mental health and health promotion<\/p>\n<p>Track 8. Disasters, accidents, injuries, global surgery and rehabilitation<\/p>\n<p>Track 9. Maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following guidelines apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The proposal should be submitted in English<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The organised session should be related to the overall conference theme and tracks<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The organised session cannot exceed 50 minutes including all presentations and discussions<\/p>\n<p>Since this year&#8217;s conference is digital &#8211; all presentations will be pre-recorded and streamed during the time-slot awarded. Discussions will be streamed live after the presentations. You will receive technical assistance and guidance if your session is selected.<\/p>\n<p>The number of slots is limited and all proposals for Organised Sessions will be subject to the scientific peer review system.
