[:no]\"\"<\/a>Ny struktur med etablering av undervisningsgrupper og undervisningsgruppeledere \u2013 UGLE \u2013 ble vedtatt i januar og trer i kraft fra 1. august. Undervisning er en viktig oppgave for K2, som bidrar tungt i undervisningen ved studieprogrammene for s\u00e6rlig medisin, men ogs\u00e5 farmasi, odontologi, ern\u00e6ring og annen undervisning. Vi h\u00e5per at den nye organiseringen vil l\u00f8fte frem undervisning som en del av oppdraget v\u00e5rt p\u00e5 linje med forskning, og bidra til bedre oversikt over undervisningsressursene v\u00e5re.<\/p>\n

Til tross for nytt navn, er innholdet ikke radikalt nytt: Denne strukturen er i stor grad en formalisering av en uformell, eksisterende struktur. UGLE-navnet og -strukturen har vi delvis \u00abstj\u00e5let\u00bb fra IGS, som har jobbet mye med utvikling av sin undervisning og hentet hjem flere priser innen pedagogikk som f\u00f8lge av det. Kanskje vi kan gi dem sterkere konkurranse?<\/p>\n

Hensikten med organiseringen er \u00e5 etablere en tydelig kontaktperson for sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l og avklaringer knyttet til undervisningen i instituttets fagomr\u00e5der (undervisningsgrupper). UGLE, leder for en undervisningsgruppe, har delegert ansvar til \u00e5 fordele undervisning blant medlemmene i sin undervisningsgruppe og fungerer som kontaktperson i arbeid med eksamensplanlegging. I tillegg er UGLE det sentrale bindeleddet mellom undervisningsgruppen og semesterstyrene, kliniske avdelinger og instituttledelsen. Det er riktig og viktig at det er en person som er tett p\u00e5 og kjenner fagmilj\u00f8et som s\u00f8rger for at undervisningsoppgavene fordeles p\u00e5 best mulig m\u00e5te, slik at det kommer studentene v\u00e5re til gode.<\/p>\n

Vervet som UGLE gir god mulighet til \u00e5 p\u00e5virke undervisningens form og innhold. Like viktig er det med godt samarbeid i undervisningsgruppene mellom alle som bidrar til undervisningen, slik at vi sammen p\u00e5 en fruktbar m\u00e5te kan jobbe for \u00e5 fornye, samkj\u00f8re og forbedre undervisningen.<\/p>\n

Jeg vil rette en varm takk til nylig avtroppende undervisningsleder, Jone Trovik, som la ned stor innsats for \u00e5 f\u00e5 p\u00e5 plass UGLE-strukturen. Jeg er heldig som fikk ta over stafettpinnen som undervisningsleder idet vi glir over i \u00absjarm\u00f8retappen\u00bb – det blir spennende n\u00e5r vi n\u00e5 sammen skal sette planene ut i livet! For \u00e5 komme i gang, inviteres alle UGLEne til kick-off-seminar tirsdag 16. juni.<\/p>\n

For \u00f8vrig vil jeg minne om at fakultetet n\u00e5 for f\u00f8rste gang lyser ut meritteringsordningen for fremragende undervisere, Se egen sak \u2013 kan K2 f\u00e5 sin f\u00f8rste \u00abMeritterte underviser\u00bb?[:en]\"\"<\/a>The new structure with teaching groups and teaching group leaders – UGLE – was adopted in January and is effectuated as of 1st August. Teaching is an important task for K2. We contribute heavily to teaching in the study programs for particular medicine, but also pharmacy, dentistry, nutrition and other educations. We hope that the new organization will highlight teaching as part of our mission in line with research, and contribute to a better overview of our teaching resources.<\/p>\n

Despite a new name, the content is not radically new: this structure is largely a formalization of an informal, existing structure. We have partially «stolen» the UGLE name and structure from IGS, who has worked extensively with the development of its teaching and brought home several awards in pedagogy as a result. Maybe we can give them stronger competition?<\/p>\n

The purpose of the organization is to establish a clear contact person for questions and clarifications related to teaching in the department’s disciplines (teaching groups). UGLE, head of a teaching group, has delegated responsibility to distribute teaching among the members of its teaching group and acts as contact person in the work of exam planning. In addition, UGLE is the central link between the teaching group and the semester boards, clinical departments and department management. It is right and important that there is a person who is close to and knows the academic environment that ensures that the teaching tasks are distributed in the best possible way, so that our students benefit accordingly.<\/p>\n

The responsibility as a UGLE provides a good opportunity to influence the form and content of the teaching. Equally important is the good cooperation in the teaching groups between everyone who contributes to the teaching, so that together we can work fruitfully to renew, coordinate and improve the teaching.<\/p>\n

I would like to extend a warm thanks to our recently departing head of education, Jone Trovik, who put a lot of effort into putting the UGLE structure in place. I am fortunate to be able to take over the baton as head of teaching as we slip into the «charm stage» – it will be exciting when we now words into action together! To get started, all UGLE are invited to a kick-off seminar on Tuesday 16 June.<\/p>\n
