Jeg er overingeni\u00f8r og etasjekontakt i 5.et. p\u00e5 Laboratoriebygget.<\/span><\/p>\n

I 5.et. har vi flere forskningsgrupper, der jeg arbeider for Broegelmanns Forskningslaboratorium (BFL), som ledes av Roland Jonsson.<\/span><\/p>\n

BFL forsker bla p\u00e5 autoimmune sykdommer som Sj\u00f6grens syndrom, RA og psoriasis samt schizofreni. Vi har n\u00e6rt samarbeid med avdelinger p\u00e5 sykehuset som Revmatologisk, Hud, \u00d8NH og Psykiatrisk klinikk. Fra avdelingene f\u00e5r vi pasientpr\u00f8ver som samles i biobank til p\u00e5g\u00e5ende og fremtidige studier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Min jobb er \u00e5 ta h\u00e5nd om pr\u00f8vene fra avdelingene. Jeg utf\u00f8rer ogs\u00e5 laboratorieanalyser til mange prosjekter og hjelper nye masterstudenter og stipendiater \u00e5 komme i gang p\u00e5 labben. I tillegg bidrar jeg p\u00e5 immunologikursene for medisinstudenter og andre praktiske kurs som holdes i 5.et. p\u00e5 Laboratoriebygget. Dessuten gj\u00f8r jeg bestillinger og ser til driften av laboratoriet. <\/span><\/p>\n

Jeg trives p\u00e5 jobben og h\u00e5per mitt bidrag til forskerne skal komme pasientene til gode en gang.<\/span>[:en]\"\"Can you tell us something about your daily tasks and work in general? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I am a senior technician and contact person at 5th<\/sup> floor in the Laboratory building.<\/p>\n

At the 5th floor there are several research groups. I work for Broegelmann’s Research Laboratory (BRL), which is led by Roland Jonsson.<\/p>\n

BRL\u00b4s main research fields are autoimmune diseases such as Sj\u00f6gren’s syndrome, RA and psoriasis and schizophrenia. We work closely with hospital departments such as Rheumatology, Skin, ENT and Psychiatric clinic. From the departments, we receive patient samples that are processed and collected in a biobank for ongoing and future studies.<\/p>\n

My job is to take care of the samples from the departments. I also contribute with laboratory analyses to many projects and help new master students and PhD fellows get started in the lab. In addition, I contribute to the immunology courses for medical students and other practical courses held at the 5th<\/sup> floor in the Laboratory building, place orders and look after the general operation of the laboratory.<\/p>\n
