Derfor vil jeg at alle starter \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 dette allerede n\u00e5 og gjerne leser gjennom <a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2019\/02\/Vedlegg-2.1.-Strategiplan-K2-2016-2018-Endelig-versjon-2.docx\">gjeldende strategiplan<\/a>. Hvordan vil det biomedisinske \u00f8kosystemet se ut som i 2023 og hva vil K2 sin posisjon v\u00e6re? For \u00e5 drive forskning i den internasjonale fronten og samtidig tilby fremdragende undervisning til v\u00e5re studenter m\u00e5 vi b\u00e5de ha en <strong>visjon<\/strong> og en <strong>misjon<\/strong>. Therefore, I want everyone to start thinking about the strategy already now (<a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2019\/02\/Vedlegg-2.1.-Strategiplan-K2-2016-2018-Endelig-versjon-2.docx\">see current strategy<\/a>). How will the biomedical ecosystem look like in 2023 and what will K2&#8217;s position be? To conduct research in the international front and at the same time offer state-of-the art top notch teaching, we must both have a <strong>vision<\/strong> and a <strong>mission<\/strong>.
