{"id":12969,"date":"2017-09-29T14:51:13","date_gmt":"2017-09-29T13:51:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/?p=12969"},"modified":"2017-09-29T15:06:17","modified_gmt":"2017-09-29T14:06:17","slug":"interesseorganisasjon-for-stipendiater-og-postdoktorer-ved-uib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/nb_no\/2017\/09\/29\/interesseorganisasjon-for-stipendiater-og-postdoktorer-ved-uib\/","title":{"rendered":"[:no]Interesseorganisasjon for stipendiater og postdoktorer ved UiB[:en]Interest organization for all PhD students and postdocs at UiB[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:no]I samarbeid med <em><a href=\"http:\/\/stipendiat.no\/\">Stipendiatorganisasjonene i Norge<\/a><\/em> (SiN) og deres lokale organisasjoner \u00f8nsker UiB \u00e5 opprette en interesseorganisasjon for alle PhD-studenter og postdoktorer (samt andre unge forskere i midlertidige stillinger) ved universitetet.<\/p>\n<p>Hensikten med en slik organisasjon er \u00e5:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ha et lavterskelforum for stipendiater og postdoktorer p\u00e5 tvers av fakulteter og institutter for b\u00e5de faglig og sosialt samv\u00e6r.<\/li>\n<li>hjelpe PhD-koordinatorer med \u00e5 v\u00e6re kontaktpunkter mellom administrasjonen og ledelsen ved UiB p\u00e5 den ene siden, og stipendiater, postdoktorer og unge forskere p\u00e5 den andre siden.<\/li>\n<li>bidra til faglig og akademisk utvikling av stipendiater og postdoktorer gjennom ulike seminarer og kurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som stipendiat eller postdoktor ved UiB,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>savner du et forum hvor man kan diskutere med andre stipendiater\/postdoktorer p\u00e5 tvers av fakultetene?<\/li>\n<li>savner du sosiale aktiviteter sammen med andre stipendiater\/postdoktorer?<\/li>\n<li>er du klar over dine rettigheter og plikter som midlertidig ansatt?<\/li>\n<li>vet du hvem du skal kontakte med sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l ang\u00e5ende din kontrakt?<\/li>\n<li>\u00f8nsker du \u00e5 delta p\u00e5 seminarer og kurs for \u00e5 videreutvikle deg faglig?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I s\u00e5 fall kan en lokal interesseorganisasjon for alle stipendiater og postdoktorer ved UiB v\u00e6re til hjelp.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan vise din interesse for opprettelsen av en slik organisasjon ved \u00e5 bli medlem av Facebook-gruppen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/116433559065620\/?ref=bookmarks\">PhD students and Post-Docs at UiB<\/a><\/strong>. Hvis du ikke har en Facebook-konto eller ikke \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bli med her av andre grunner, men er fortsatt interessert i mer informasjon om den planlagte organisasjonen, kan du kontakte <a href=\"mailto:Ronja.hesthammer@uib.no\">Ronja Hesthammer<\/a>, som vil sende deg informasjon via e-post.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ogs\u00e5 bli med p\u00e5 et <strong>informasjonsm\u00f8te 9. oktober<\/strong>, hvor representanter fra SiN forteller hvordan de jobber ved andre universiteter, og hva vi kan gj\u00f8re her p\u00e5 UiB.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tid<\/strong>: 9. oktober kl. 17.<br \/>\n<strong>Sted<\/strong>: Auditorium 128, Bj\u00f8rn Christiansens hus, Christies gate 12.<\/p>\n<p>Med vennlig hilsen<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:Ronja.hesthammer@uib.no\">Ronja Hesthammer<\/a><br \/>\nSiN-kontakt ved UiB[:en]In cooperation with <em><a href=\"http:\/\/stipendiat.no\/\">The Association of Doctoral Organizations in Norway<\/a><\/em> (SiN) and their local affiliations, UiB wish to establish a local interest organization for all PhD students and postdocs (including young researchers with temporary positions) at the university.<\/p>\n<p>The main aims with this organization will be to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop a common forum for PhD candidates and postdocs at UiB, for both scientific\/academic and social interaction.<\/li>\n<li>help PhD coordinators to serve as a link between the University Management and Administration on one side, and PhD candidates and postdocs on the other side.<\/li>\n<li>contribute to the scientific and academic development of PhD candidates and postdocs at UiB, through seminars and courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a PhD candidate or postdoctoral fellow at UiB,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are you missing a forum to discuss with other PhDs and postdocs across faculties?<\/li>\n<li>are you missing social activities to meet other PhDs\/postdocs?<\/li>\n<li>are you aware of your rights and responsibilities as a temporary employee?<\/li>\n<li>do you know whom to contact with questions regarding your contract?<\/li>\n<li>would you like to attend seminars and courses to further develop academically and scientifically (topics such as career development, open access and open science, PhD with kids, equality policies)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If so, a local interest organization for all PhD students and postdocs at UiB may help you.<\/p>\n<p>You can show your interest for the existence of such an organization by becoming a member of the Facebook group <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/116433559065620\/?ref=bookmarks\">PhD students and Post-Docs at UiB<\/a><\/strong>.
