Metoder for \u00e5 analysere DNA-variasjon og -strukturer samt RNA-ekspresjonsm\u00f8nstre vil bli dekket, s\u00e5 vel som cellekjerne- og kromatinstrukturer. Det vil ogs\u00e5 bli undervist i etiske og juridiske aspekter samt arvelige predisposisjoner.<\/p>\n<p>Kurset er prim\u00e6rt ment for doktorgradskandidater som er tilknyttet <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/en\/ccbio\">Centre for Cancer Biomarkers (CCBIO)<\/a><\/em>, men er ogs\u00e5 \u00e5pent for andre studenter, PhD-kandidater og studenter ved Forskerlinjen ved Det medisinske fakultet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=3835278\"><strong>Registrering<\/strong><\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Tidsfrist<\/strong> for registrering: 2. oktober.<\/p>\n<p>Mer informasjon <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/en\/course\/CCBIO906?sem=2017h\">her<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 vegne av CCBIO Research School,<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:mailto:Solveig.Witso@uib.no\">Solveig Lund Wits\u00f8<\/a>[:en]Dear PhD students and postdocs,<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to introduce a new course in the CCBIO Research School for Cancer Studies (RSCS):\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/en\/ccbio\/110215\/ccbio-research-school-course-cancer-genomics\">CCBIO906 \u2013 Cancer Genomics<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It will take place\u00a0<strong>1\u20133<\/strong> <strong>November<\/strong> 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The course will provide broad understanding of aspects of cancer genome biology and its investigation by next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. Methods for analyzing DNA variation and structure and RNA expression patterns will be covered, as well as nuclear and chromatin structure.
