I l\u00f8pet av workshopen vil vi diskutere hvordan nettverksteori kan m\u00f8te <em>omics<\/em> data, gi en introduksjon til grafteori, en oversikt over ulike typer biologiske nettverk, og ogs\u00e5 presentere s\u00e5kalte <em>integromics<\/em> tiln\u00e6rmingsm\u00e5ter for analyse av komplekse sykdommer. Workshopen vil best\u00e5 av fellesforelesninger og praktiske \u00f8velser i R og Cytoscape.
