Pedagogisk kompetanse skal vektlegges ved ansettelse i vitenskapelige stillinger og i l\u00f8nnsforhandlinger.<\/p>\n<p>Omlegging til Medisin 2015 er et kjempel\u00f8ft, tusen takk til alle som bidrar inn, b\u00e5de i semesterstyrer og som undervisere og administratorer! Takk ogs\u00e5 til dem som er avdelingsmentorerer for studenter i tidlig praksis (det er her vi kan legge grunnlag for interesse for eget fag samt fremst\u00e5 som gode rollemodeller) s\u00e5 vel som dem som har p\u00e5tatt seg ledelse av egne mentorgrupper.<\/p>\n<p>Undervisning i ny studieplan legges om fra vesentlig tradisjonelle katedrale forelesninger til betydelig mer varierte og studentaktiviserende undervisningsformer.<\/p>\n<p>Er du kjent med pedagogiske aktiviteter\/prinsipper som PBL, TBL, flipped classroom eller case-basert undervisning? Hvis ikke kan jeg anbefale pedagogisk grunnkurs eller et av de andre kursene ved pedagogisk avdeling UiB (f.eks Hot Moments in Teaching and Learning). Forelesninger skal selvf\u00f8lgelig ikke avskaffes men det er vist at VARIASJON i undervisningsaktiviteter fremmer l\u00e6ring, og at ulike undervisningsmetoder b\u00f8r \u201dskreddersyes\u201d opp mot hva slags ferdighet som skal l\u00e6res. Da kommer begrepet l\u00e6ringsm\u00e5l inn. N\u00e5r vi har klart for oss hva vi \u00f8nsker studenten skal l\u00e6re seg ved den undervisningstid en har til r\u00e5dighet kan en s\u00e5 velge den beste undervisningsform.<\/p>\n<p>Ved \u00e5rets Undervisningspris (Kr 50.000!) \u00f8nsker vi \u00e5 honorere en underviser eller et undervisningsmilj\u00f8 som har vist stor interesse for \u00e5 implementere ny undervisning; Ny studieplan med annen undervisning enn det man har hatt tidligere, nye undervisningsformer, utviklet nye kurs (f.eks valgfrie emner); alts\u00e5 INNOVASJON innenfor undervisning.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg vil gjerne ha nominert kandidater, send begrunnet forslag til meg p\u00e5 <a href=\"mailto:jone.trovik@med.uib.no\">jone.trovik@med.uib.no<\/a> innen 10. mars!<\/p>\n<p>Flervalgsdatabasen (MCQ) er under etablering, vi har begynt \u00e5 teste datal\u00f8sning. Det er bare for alle undervisere \u00e5 sette i gang med \u00e5 lage oppgaver fra sine enkelte emner: en liten kasuistikk med ett sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l til og fire svaralternativ der ETT svar skal v\u00e6re det klart beste. Vi m\u00e5 legge begrunnelse\/kommentar til minst ett av svaralternativene. Hvis hver av oss lager EN oppgave fra hver forelesning\/gruppeundervisning vi holder kommer databasen fort opp i volum. Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l skal valideres av en annen underviser enn deg selv og gjerne av en student (som er ferdig med den aktuelle termin) eller en nyansatt assistentlege som kan sikre at sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l er relevante for m\u00e5lgruppen studenter (og ikke bare for spesielt interesserte professores\u2026). Pedagogical skills will be emphasized when recruting academic positions and salary negotiation.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">Conversion to Medicine in 2015 an enormous boost<\/span>, thanks to everyone who helps out in both in semester boards and as educators and administrators! Also thanks to those who are\u00a0Department mentors\u00a0for students in early practice (this is where we can lay the foundation for an interest in Our own Field and emerge as good role models) as well as those who have taken on the leadership of their own mentor Groups.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">Teaching the new curriculum be restructured from substantial traditional cathedral lectures to considerably more varied and student activating\u00a0teaching methods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">Are you familiar with educational activities \/ principles PBL, TBL, flipped classroom or case-based teaching? Otherwise, I recommend educational foundation or any of the other courses at educational Department UiB (for example:\u00a0Hot Moments in Teaching and Learning). Lectures will of course not be abolished but it has been shown that VARIETY in educational activities promote learning and that different teaching methods should be &laquo;tailored&raquo; to the kind of skill that must be learned. Then comes the concept of learning. Once it&#8217;s\u00a0clear to us what we want the student to learn\u00a0with the teaching tools at your disposal can then choose the best teaching Method.<\/span><span id=\"t-served-community-button\" class=\"trans-verified-button goog-toolbar-button\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">At\u00a0this year&#8217;s\u00a0Teaching Price (NOK 50,000!), We want to honor an educator or an educational environment that has shown great interest in implementing new teaching; New study with other education than we have had in the past, new teaching methods, developed new courses (for example elective courses); Thus INNOVATION in education.<br \/>\nI would like to have nominated candidates, send reasoned proposals for me on <a href=\"mailto:jone.trovik@med.uib.no\">jone.trovik@med.uib.no<\/a> within March 10th!<\/span><span id=\"t-served-community-button\" class=\"trans-verified-button goog-toolbar-button\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">Multiple Choice Database (MCQ) is being established, we have started testing data solution. It&#8217;s only for all educators to initiate to create tasks from their individual topics: a small case history with one more question and four alternative answers there ONE answer should\u00a0 clearly be the best. We must add validation \/ comment for at least one of the available options. If each of us makes A puzzle of each lecture \/ group we\u00a0teach the database will be\u00a0kept up in volume. Questions should be validated by another teacher than yourself and happily send it to a student (who have finished the current installment) or a newly appointed assistant doctor who can ensure that the questions are relevant to the target group of students (and not just for the enthusiast professors &#8230;).
