Alle ansatte ved K2 har rett p\u00e5 \u00e5 ha en \u00e5rlig medarbeidersamtale med en overordnet p\u00e5 instituttet. Medarbeidersamtalen er viktig, f\u00f8rst og fremst for den enkelte som har anledning til \u00e5 ta opp aktuelle saker relatert til sin arbeidssituasjon samt temaer som for eksempel kompetanseheving og karriere. Lederen har anledning til \u00e5 ta opp den enkeltes arbeidsinnsats og saker relatert til den. Forh\u00e5pentligvis bidrar samtalen til et bedre arbeidsmilj\u00f8 p\u00e5 K2. Rent praktisk kommer jeg til \u00e5 ha medarbeidersamtale med alle forskningsgruppelederne p\u00e5 K2 samt alle vitenskapelige i fulle stillinger. Den enkelte forskningsgruppeleder skal ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis selv ha samtale med alle p\u00e5 i sin forskningsgruppe, men s\u00f8rge for at alle f\u00e5r tilbud om det. All employees at K2 have the right to have an annual appraisal with a supervisor at the department. The appraisal is important, primarily for the individual who has the opportunity to take up current issues related to his\/her work situation as well as topics such as skills upgrading and career. The supervisor has the opportunity to follow up on the individual&#8217;s work and matters relating to it. Hopefully the appraisal will help enhancing the working environment at K2. In practical terms, I will have appraisals with all the leaders of the research groups at K2 and all scientists engaged in full positions. Each research group leader will not necessarily personally have an appraisal with every member of his\/her group, but should make sure that the members of the group are offered an appraisal.
