[:no]\"Per<\/a>Den nye strategiplanen<\/a> for K2 er n\u00e5 vedtatt av instituttr\u00e5det etter at den har v\u00e6rt p\u00e5 h\u00f8ring rundt p\u00e5 instituttet. Planen bygger p\u00e5 SMART prinsippet, det vil si at m\u00e5lene skal v\u00e6re Spesifikke, M\u00e5lbare, Ambisi\u00f8se, Realistiske og Tidfestede. Den er p\u00e5 vel 1 side og burde derfor v\u00e6re overkommelig \u00e5 f\u00e5 med seg for alle p\u00e5 instituttet. Planen dekker forskning, undervisning, rekruttering, infrastruktur og kompetanse samt formidling.<\/p>\n

N\u00e5 vil du kanskje si at det er vel og bra med en plan, men jeg kommer n\u00e5 til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re som jeg alltid har gjort, plan eller ikke plan. Til det vil jeg svare at strategiplanen vil ber\u00f8re de fleste av oss p\u00e5 en eller annen m\u00e5te, enten det gjelder nye undervisnings- eller studentevalueringsformer, instituttets st\u00f8tte til s\u00f8knader, rekrutteringsplan, HMS-arbeid p\u00e5 labbene eller kartlegging av det psykososiale arbeidsmilj\u00f8et.<\/p>\n

Planen er p\u00e5 vel en -1- side. Jeg forventer at alle p\u00e5 instituttet gj\u00f8r seg kjent med den. Jeg kan love at instituttledelsen skal bruke den aktivt og \u00e5rlig gi en oppdatering p\u00e5 status med \u00e5 iverksette de tiltak som omtales i planen.<\/p>\n

Per[:en]\"Per<\/a>The new K2 strategy<\/a>\u00a0has been\u00a0formally approved by the Institute board after the draft of the plan has been commented by various groups at K2. The plan is Specific, Measurable, Ambitious, Realistic and Time specific (SMART). The plan comprises the following areas: research, teaching, recruitment, infrastructure and competence as well as dissemination.<\/p>\n

You might argue that it’s OK with a strategy plan. However it should not influence me and my daily work. \u00a0My answer would be that the plan will affect all of us in one way or the other, be it new teaching- or student evaluation methods, K2 support for grant applications, recruitment plans, HSE initiative in the labs or assessment of the psychosocial environment.<\/p>\n

The strategy plan covers slightly more than one page. I expect all of you to read it. I can promise that the institute will use it actively and provide an annual update as to the status of the implementation of the plan.<\/p>\n
