Midlene er et spleiselag mellom NFR og UiB og skal brukes opp det \u00e5ret de bevilges. Det kan s\u00f8kes om dekning av utgifter til reiser, seminarer, kurs, materiell, teknisk-administrativ assistanse og andre driftskostnader. I tr\u00e5d med ordningens intensjoner er det et krav at man er en fast ansatt aktiv forsker ved K2. Instituttledelsen legger derfor stor vekt p\u00e5 at s\u00f8keren kan dokumentere at vedkommende har s\u00f8kt om midler fra andre kilder de siste 2 \u00e5rene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kriterier og krav<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forskningsgruppene ved leder st\u00e5r som s\u00f8ker og form\u00e5let m\u00e5 dr\u00f8ftes og prioriteres innad i forskningsgruppen<\/li>\n<li>Det m\u00e5 dokumenteres at <strong>gruppen har s\u00f8kt andre eksterne forskningsmidler <\/strong>i 2015<\/li>\n<li>Bevilgningene skal v\u00e6re <strong>ett\u00e5rige<\/strong> og <strong>brukes innenfor budsjett\u00e5ret<\/strong>, midlene er ikke overf\u00f8rbare til neste \u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Bevilgninger g\u00e5r <strong>til forskningsgrupper som <u>ikke<\/u> har store driftsmidler allerede<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Det skal dokumenteres hva midlene skal benyttes til<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gj\u00f8r ikke som han i lignelsen om talentene og gravde den ned. SM\u00c5FORSK\u00a0is a joint funding from\u00a0the NRC and the University of Bergen and it has to be used the year it is granted. Applicants can ask for\u00a0covering\u00a0of costs of travels, workshops, courses, material, technical and administrative assistance and other operating expenses. In line with the intentions, it is a requirement that the applicant is a permanent employee and an active researcher at the Department of Clinical Science. The Department management will emphasize that the applicants have applied\u00a0for funding from other sources over the last two years.<\/p>\n<p>Criteria and requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The research group by its leader is the applicant and the purpose must be discussed and prioritized within the research group<\/li>\n<li>It must be documented that <strong>the group applied for other external research funding <\/strong>in 2015<\/li>\n<li>The funding is <strong>for one year<\/strong> and have to be <strong>used within the fiscal year<\/strong>, as the funds are not transferable to the next year.<\/li>\n<li>The funds will be granted <strong>to research groups that do <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">not<\/span> already have large assets<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Documentation on how the funds will be spent must be presented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don&#8217;t do like he in the parable of the talents that buried it. Use SM\u00c5FORSK to invest in larger future grants.<\/p>\n<p>Good luck!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Research Committee at the Department of Clinical Science allocates funds at the next meeting.
