[:no]\"Per<\/a>Kontorsituasjonen p\u00e5 K2 er en utfordring. Stor og gledelig \u00f8kning i BOA aktiviteten har blant annet bidratt til et \u00f8kt behov for kontorplasser. Administrasjonen kommer til \u00e5 ta en ny runde i K2-arealene i lab-bygget for \u00e5 se om det er mulig \u00e5 utnytte plassene bedre, samt sjekke at ikke folk «tar seg til rette». I tildeling av plasser kommer vi til \u00e5 f\u00f8lge den allerede bestemte rangeringen for tildeling av kontorplasser: Professor, f\u00f8rsteamanuensis, forsker, postdoc, stipendiat, forskerlinjestudent, mastergradsstudent. I tillegg kommer man til \u00e5 s\u00f8ke at folk f\u00e5r sitte i n\u00e6rheten av labbene sine og n\u00e6r sine samarbeidspartnere. Det er mulig at vi ogs\u00e5 m\u00e5 utnytte noen labareal til kontorplasser.<\/p>\n

Endelig er det viktig at folk melder inn behov for kontorplasser til Irene: Irene.Hjelmaas@uib.no<\/p>\n

Det er i alles interesse at disse reglene f\u00f8lges. Hvis vi alle viser smidighet kan dette lett g\u00e5 bra!<\/p>\n

Per[:en]\"Per<\/a>The office situation at K2 is a challenge. A large and pleasing increase in BOA activity has contributed to an increased demand for office space. The administration is going to take another round in K2 areas in the lab building to see if it is possible to exploit the areas better and make sure that people do not hold places they are not supposed to. In the allocation of seats, we will follow the already decided ranking for allocation of office spaces: Professor, Associate Professor, researcher, postdoc, PhD student, research line student, master’s student. In addition, we will strive to have people sit near their labs and close to their partners. It is possible that we also need to utilize some lab areas as office spaces.<\/p>\n

Finally, it is important that people report their needs for office space to Irene: Irene.Hjelmaas@uib.no<\/p>\n

It is in everyone’s interest that these rules are followed. If we all show agility this can easily go well!<\/p>\n
