Instituttene er bedt om \u00e5 spille inn kommentarer til fakultetet som skal sende en felles kommentar fra MOF. Utkastet til ny strategi finnes\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/files\/2015\/04\/utkast_universitetet_i_bergens_strategi_2016-2022.pdf\/\">her.<\/a> Du b\u00f8r sette av litt tid til \u00e5 se gjennom dokumentet. Noen vil si at dette ber\u00f8rer likevel ikke min hverdag og min kommentar vil uansett ikke vektlegges. Det er feil. Instituttene og den enkelte forsker m\u00e5 i \u00f8kende grad s\u00f8rge for finansiering av aktiviteten sin, og vi m\u00e5 i \u00f8kende grad forholde oss til samfunnet rundt oss. Derfor vil UiB strategien i st\u00f8rre grad enn f\u00f8r ha noe \u00e5 si for v\u00e5r hverdag. Dine innspill vil bli vektlagt i K2 sine kommentarer til MOF. MOF er et av fem fakultet p\u00e5 UiB.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg vil derfor sterkt oppfordre folk til \u00e5 lese gjennom utkastet og sende eventuelle kommentarer til undertegnede allerede innen mandag 4. mai da fristene i denne prosessen er sv\u00e6rt korte.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/files\/2015\/04\/Per-Bakke-.jpg\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-6407\" src=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2015\/04\/Per-Bakke-.jpg\" alt=\"Per Bakke\" width=\"82\" height=\"103\" \/><\/a>The draft for the new UiB strategy valid for the years 2016-2022 has now been sent out for comments, and the issue will be handled by the university board during summer 2015. The institutes have been asked to provide input to the faculty, which will submit a joint input from MOF. The draft for the new strategy can be found\u00a0 (in Norwegian)\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/files\/2015\/04\/utkast_universitetet_i_bergens_strategi_2016-2022.pdf\/\">here<\/a> You should set aside some time in order to review the document.<\/p>\n<p>Some of you will say that this is not relevant for my day-to-day work, and my comment will not make a difference anyhow. This is wrong. The institutes, and the individual researcher, must increasingly provide his\/her own funding, and we have to increasingly relate to society around us. Thus, the UiB strategy will, more than ever before, have an impact on our day-to-day situation. Your input will be given weight in K2\u2019s input to MOF.
