Medarbeidersamtaler skal gjennomf\u00f8res med n\u00e6rmeste leder.<\/p>\n<p>Alle i hovedstillinger skal f\u00e5 tilbud om en slik samtale. Teknikere og stipendiater har medarbeidersamtale med sin forskningsgruppeleder.
