H\u00f8sten 2013 ble det som kjent besluttet \u00e5 sette i gang et organisasjonsutviklingsprosjekt, med form\u00e5l \u00e5 utvikle de sentraladministrative tjenestene slik at de best mulig st\u00f8tter opp om universitetets oppgaver innen forskning, utdanning og formidling.<\/p>\n<p>Det er nedsatt en egen styringsgruppe med ansvar for \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re prosjektet, og det er opprettet en prosjektgruppe som skal koordinere arbeidet. F\u00f8rste m\u00f8te i styringsgruppen for prosjektet er fredag 20. juni. Styringsgruppen skal beslutte hvilke innsatsomr\u00e5der som skal prioriteres og vedta kommunikasjonsplan og framdriftsplan for arbeidet.<\/p>\n<p>For \u00e5 holde alle ansatte godt informert om prosjektet blir informasjon om organiseringen og rammene for arbeidet lagt ut p\u00e5 prosjektets <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/ouprosjekt\" target=\"_blank\">egne nettsider<\/a>. Nettsidene er under utvikling og \u00a0vil bli\u00a0 l\u00f8pende oppdatert om status og framdrift i prosjektet.<\/p>\n<p>Alle enheter vil bli invitert til\u00a0 et \u00e5pent informasjonsm\u00f8te i Egget den 27. august. Utover h\u00f8sten vil det ogs\u00e5 bli arrangert jevnlige informasjonsm\u00f8ter. Invitasjon til disse m\u00f8tene vil komme senere.<!--:--><!--:en--><a href=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/files\/2014\/06\/uiblogo.jpg\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3823\" src=\"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2014\/06\/uiblogo.jpg\" alt=\"uiblogo\" width=\"116\" height=\"266\" \/><\/a>The Rectorate has as one of its goals for the election period to make sure the university&#8217;s organizational, administrative services and support at any time\u00a0are appropriate and adapted to the university&#8217;s core activities. In the autumn of 2013 it was decided to initiate an organizational development project, aiming to develop the central administrative services so that they best support the university&#8217;s tasks in research, education and outreach.<\/p>\n<p>A management committee has been appointed with responsibility for implementing the project, and a project group has been created to coordinate efforts. The first meeting of the management committee for the project is Friday 20 June. The management committee will decide which areas should be prioritized and approve a\u00a0communication plan and a progress plan.<\/p>\n<p>To keep all employees informed about the project, information about the organization and the framework of the work will be published on the project <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uib.no\/ouprosjekt\" target=\"_blank\">webpage<\/a> (in Norwegian).The webpage is under development and will be continuously updated with status updates\u00a0and project progress.<\/p>\n<p>All units will be invited to an open information meeting in Egget August 27. During the autumn there will also be regular information meetings.
