The University of Bergen (UiB) invites academic communities from all faculties and departments to submit lectures, seminars, workshops, and other scholarly contributions that showcase current research at UiB.<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is Teachers\u2019 Day?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teachers\u2019 Day is an opportunity for lower and upper secondary school teachers to stay updated on topics relevant to their daily work or to gain new academic insights and inspiration.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contributions to UiB\u2019s Teachers\u2019 Day 2027<\/strong><br>The target audience is teachers and staff working in lower and upper secondary schools. Contributions should be relevant to school subjects, interdisciplinary themes, or the teaching profession in general, with a focus on young people and society.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contributions may take the form of lectures or panel discussions\/debates involving multiple speakers. Presentations should be approximately 30 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for questions from the audience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Submit a Contribution<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Would you like to contribute? If so, please send the committee your name and a provisional title for your contribution by <strong>1 November.<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this <a href=\"https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=13382039\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>online form<\/strong><\/a> to submit a contribution to Teachers\u2019 Day. An <a href=\"https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=13382764\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">English-language submission form<\/a> is also available.
