In addition, we have available funds from the extra allocation in spring 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For autumn 2026 and spring 2027, greater flexibility in allocations will therefore be allowed, including the temporary removal of the limit of a maximum of two participants per activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Response and disbursement<br>Decisions on applications will be sent electronically to the applicant, with the department\/unit copied. This is in line with the fact that funds are normally awarded to the department\/unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding training mobility<br>It must be clearly stated in the application that the stay:<br>includes a concrete learning outcome and\/or contributes to academic and professional development<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Erasmus Handbook, support is not awarded for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>participation in events that mainly consist of passive listening (lectures, presentations, etc.), without significant elements of active learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conferences or similar events aimed at a single academic discipline only, without structured training or active participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>travel to establish or maintain institutional cooperation with partner institutions (such activities can be financed through OS funds)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deadline: 8 September.
