She has had many years of collaboration with P\u00e5l Nj\u00f8lstad and his team. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/files\/2026\/05\/image-10.png\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"285\" height=\"210\" src=\"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2026\/05\/image-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2026\/05\/image-10.png 285w, https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/files\/2026\/05\/image-10-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>On Tuesday, we received the happy news that two of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www4.uib.no\/om-uib\/aktuelt\/fem-sff-finalister-fra-universitetet-i-bergen\">CoE applications<\/a> will advance to the final, led by P\u00e5l Nj\u00f8lstad\/Marc Vaudel (Center for Early-Life Diabetes Mechanisms) and Eystein Husebye\/Anette Wolff (Centre for Reciprocal Rhythms in Immunology, Somnology and Endocrinology). Congratulations, it's great that both applications from the Faculty of Medicine that went on to the finals are from K2! And to those who did not advance: do not give up, I really appreciate the effort you have put into this. Perhaps there are some opportunities to apply for NFR FRIPRO with parts of the application instead? It is still possible to apply for application support for it via the link that appears when you click on \"read more\" at the bottom.
