I motsetning til i de fleste andre prosjekttyper i Horizon2020, kan man ikke s\u00f8ke om \u00e5 f\u00e5 dekket faktiske l\u00f8nnskostnader gjennom disse «training networks». I stedet bevilges et fast bel\u00f8p til l\u00f8nn. Differansen mellom utbetaling fra prosjektet og faktiske l\u00f8nnskostnader for en PhD som ansettes ved UiB, utgj\u00f8r omtrentlig 200.000 NOK\/\u00e5r. Denne differansen har man tidligere kunnet f\u00e5 dekket gjennom NFRs toppfinansiering av Marie Curie kandidater i form av den s\u00e5kalte IS-TOPP ordningen. Det ligger n\u00e5 an til at IS-TOPP finansieringsordningen blir avviklet i Horison2020.<\/p>\n
Ledelsen \u00f8nsker at UiBs milj\u00f8er skal s\u00f8ke, og derfor garanterer UiB sentralt for disse kostnadene – dersom ordningen i forskningsr\u00e5det faller bort.<\/p>\n

The difference between the payment from the project and actual salary cost for a PhD at UoB is approximately 200.000 NOK\/year. This difference was formerly covered through NFR’s supplementary financing of Marie Curie candidates with the so-called IS-TOPP scheme. It appears that this scheme will no longer be available in the Horizon2020.<\/p>\n The management wants the University’s communities to apply, and therefore will UoB warrant for these costs – if the scheme from NFR is removed.<\/p>\n
