The event will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 12:00\u201313:30 in Auditorium B302, Central Building at Haukeland University Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar is organized in collaboration with BD Biosciences and will provide participants with insight into how BD Rhapsody\u2122 HT can contribute to cost-effective high-throughput single-cell sequencing. The program covers, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advantages of microchamber-based cell isolation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New opportunities for multiomics such as CITE-seq and ATAC-multiome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved protein workflow for more efficient detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perspectives on spatial analysis with BD Rhapsody<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The talk will be given by Jouni Rantanen, Single Cell Solution Architect at BD Biosciences. After the presentation, there will be time for questions and discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is free, and lunch will be served.
