Winners of the winter and Easter holidays in 2023\u20132025 are encouraged not to apply for 2026, as there is a three-year quarantine for these periods. Any applicants who fall under the quarantine will be manually removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When applying for a cabin, you must prioritize both the desired cabin and the desired period. If you are assigned a cabin, you must either confirm or cancel the period. To cancel, you must follow the link in the allocation email and register the cancellation there. It is not sufficient to simply not confirm the booking\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cancellation deadline for an assigned cabin is 30 days before the start of the rental period. If you cancel after this time, you must pay a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All applications must be registered in UiB's electronic housing system (<a href=\"https:\/\/reg.app.uib.no\/hytter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/reg.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) when logging in with your UiB username and password.
