N\u00e5 er tid for en ny kartlegging og alle ansatte skal ha f\u00e5tt en epostinvitasjon til kartleggingen med ARK.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00f8res kanskje trivielt ut, men et godt arbeidsmilj\u00f8 er essensielt for trivsel, helse og produktivitet blant ansatte. I unders\u00f8kelsen f\u00e5r du en mulighet til \u00e5 uttrykke dine meninger og erfaringer om arbeidsmilj\u00f8et. Dette er viktig fordi det gir ledelsen innsikt i hvordan ansatte opplever sin arbeidshverdag, og hvilke omr\u00e5der som kan forbedres. For eksempel kan den avdekke omr\u00e5der med h\u00f8y arbeidsbelastning, konflikter mellom ansatte, eller behov for bedre kommunikasjon og ledelse.<\/p>\n<p>Et konkret eksempel p\u00e5 at en arbeidsmilj\u00f8unders\u00f8kelse f\u00f8rte til en endring, er forbedringen av kommunikasjonen mellom ledelse og ansatte ved v\u00e5rt fakultet. Det ble avdekket at mange ansatte f\u00f8lte at kommunikasjonen fra ledelsen var utilstrekkelig og utydelig. Flere tiltak ble iverksatt for \u00e5 bedre kommunikasjonen, blant annet regelmessige informasjonsm\u00f8ter og m\u00f8tepunkter som Dekankaffe, Fakultetsluncher, Teknikkerluncher og Forumm\u00f8ter for \u00e5 holde ansatte oppdatert om viktige beslutninger og endringer.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r unders\u00f8kelsen er gjennomf\u00f8rt vil du f\u00e5 invitasjon til \u00e5 delta i oppf\u00f8lgingsarbeidet som sikter mot \u00e5 iverksette tiltak der det beh\u00f8ves. Det er viktig \u00e5 presisere at resultatene presenteres slik at ingen enkeltpersoner kan gjenkjennes. Ingen ledere eller andre ved UiB vil f\u00e5 tilgang til den enkeltes svar. Datamaterialet innlemmes i en permanent database ved NTNU Dette gj\u00f8r det mulig for fakultetet \u00e5 sammenligne resultater over tid (du kan lese om ARK her: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ntnu.no\/ark\">www.ntnu.no\/ark<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Svarfristen er 13. april og det tar 10-15 minutter \u00e5 svare<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r du har svart p\u00e5 unders\u00f8kelsen, m\u00e5 du ogs\u00e5 <strong>logge inni Selvbetjeningsportalen og registrere ferien din<\/strong>. <strong>\u00a0Fristen er 1. mai<\/strong>. It is now time for a new survey, and all employees should have received an email invitation to participate.<\/p>\n<p>While it may seem trivial, a positive working environment is essential for the well-being, health, and productivity of employees. This survey provides an opportunity for you to express your opinions and experiences regarding the working environment. This feedback is vital as it offers management insights into how employees perceive their daily work life and identifies areas for improvement. For instance, the survey can highlight issues such as high workload, interpersonal conflicts, or the need for enhanced communication and management practices.<\/p>\n<p>A concrete example of how a working environment survey led to change is the improvement in communication between the faculty and employees. The survey revealed that many employees felt communication was inadequate and unclear. Consequently, several measures were implemented to enhance communication, including regular information meetings and forums such as Dean&#8217;s Coffee, Faculty Lunches, Technician Lunches, and Forum Meetings. These initiatives help keep employees informed about important decisions and changes.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of the survey, you will be invited to participate in follow-up activities aimed at implementing necessary measures. It is important to emphasize that the results are presented in a manner that ensures individual anonymity. No managers or other personnel at UiB will have access to individual responses. The data is integrated into a permanent database at NTNU, allowing the faculty to compare results over time (you can read about ARK here: www.ntnu.no\/ark).<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for responses is April 13, and it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the survey.
