Et godt arbeidsmilj\u00f8 kjennetegnes av god ledelse, medvirkning fra ansatte og tydelige organisatoriske rammer. Kompetanse, god kommunikasjon, mestring og anerkjennelse gir b\u00e5de trygghet og trivsel.<\/p>\n<p>Gjennom frokostseminarserien\u00a0<em>Arbeidsliv i endring \u2013 hva med arbeidsmilj\u00f8et?<\/em>\u00a0\u00f8nsker vernetjenesten ved UiB \u00e5 sette s\u00f8kelys p\u00e5 betydningen av faktorer som bygger et godt arbeidsmilj\u00f8. Det er med stor glede vi inviterer til \u00e5rets f\u00f8rste frokostseminar i serien\u00a0<em>Arbeidsliv i endring \u2013 hva med arbeidsmilj\u00f8et<\/em>\u00a0i 2025.<\/p>\n<p>I arbeidet med arbeidsmilj\u00f8 er mangfold og inkludering sentrale stikkord. I 2024 feiret Komite for kj\u00f8nnsbalanse og mangfold i forskning (KIF-komiteen) sitt 25-\u00e5rs jubileum. En del av komiteens arbeid er at den skal bidra til bevisstgj\u00f8ring knyttet til mangfold, inkludering og trakassering ved utdannings- og forskningsinstitusjoner. P\u00e5 seminaret vil vi f\u00e5 en presentasjon av arbeidet i KIF. Likestillingskomiteen ved UiB gjennomf\u00f8rte i 2024 en unders\u00f8kelse om likestilling og mangfold blant b\u00e5de ansatte og studenter. A good work environment is characterized by good leadership, employee involvement, and clear organizational frameworks. Competence, good communication, mastery, and recognition provide both security and well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Through the breakfast seminar series\u00a0<em>Work Life in Transition \u2013 What About the Work Environment?<\/em>\u00a0the safety service at UiB wants to highlight the importance of factors that build a good work environment. We are pleased to invite you to the first breakfast seminar of the year in the series\u00a0<em>Work Life in Transition \u2013 What About the Work Environment<\/em>\u00a0in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In working with the work environment, diversity and inclusion are key words. In 2024, the Committee for Gender Balance and Diversity in Research (KIF Committee) celebrated its 25th anniversary. Part of the committee&#8217;s work is to contribute to awareness related to diversity, inclusion, and harassment at educational and research institutions. At the seminar, we will have a presentation of the work in KIF. The Equality Committee at UiB conducted a survey in 2024 on equality and diversity among both employees and students.
