\nKj\u00e6re alle sammen,<\/p>\n

Vi st\u00e5r s\u00e5 mye i motvind at jeg har lyst til \u00e5 bruke dagens leder til \u00e5 skryte litt av alle dere ved K2 og fremheve det vi er flinke til. S\u00e5 vil jeg gjerne anerkjenne den utrolige innsatsen og dedikasjonen dere alle viser!<\/p>\n

K2 er instituttet med h\u00f8yest BOA aktivitet ved fakultetet, og bare forrige uke feiret vi tildelingen av midler til 2 nye prosjekter fra Kreftforeningen til K2 (Oleksii Nikolaienko og Bj\u00f8rn Tore Gjertsen<\/a>). Vi har veldig mange flinke studenter, stipendiater, postdocs og forskere som viser en fantastisk innsats. Gjennom teknikerkartleggingen som p\u00e5g\u00e5r ser jeg ogs\u00e5 hvor mange dedikerte teknikere vi har som holder hjulene i gang og s\u00f8rger for at vi kan gjennomf\u00f8re og opprettholde forskningen (og delvis ogs\u00e5 undervisningen) p\u00e5 niv\u00e5et vi gj\u00f8r. Ved hjelp av v\u00e5re kjernefasiliteter og ekspertisen fra teknikere knyttet til dem har det blitt mange master- og doktorgrader, publikasjoner og ikke minst nye forskningsresultater med stor nytte for pasienter. Og apropos hjulene som m\u00e5 holdes i gang: uten v\u00e5re medarbeidere i administrasjonen hadde vi ikke klart det. Det er s\u00e5 utrolig mange usynlige oppgaver som vi f\u00e5r god hjelp med.<\/p>\n

N\u00e5r det gjelder undervisning s\u00e5 har vi mange entusiastiske undervisere som har studentens l\u00e6ring i fokus. OSKE12 er rett rundt hj\u00f8rnet med bidrag fra mange fra K2, ikke minst administrasjonen, som s\u00f8rger for at vi f\u00e5r det til!<\/p>\n

La oss fortsette \u00e5 ha en positiv holdning og st\u00f8tte hverandre, smil til hverandre og gi litt ekstra skryt av og til. Jeg er utrolig stolt av \u00e5 v\u00e6re en del av dette fantastiske instituttet.<\/p>\n

Dear everyone,<\/p>\n

I want to use today’s editorial to brag a little about all of you at K2 and highlight what we are good at. I also would like to acknowledge the incredible effort and dedication you all show!<\/p>\n

K2 is the department with the highest BOA activity at the faculty, and just last week we celebrated the allocation of funds for 2 new projects from the Norwegian Cancer Society to K2 (Oleksii Nikolaienko and Bj\u00f8rn Tore Gjertsen<\/a>). We have a lot of talented students, PhD candidates, postdocs and researchers who show a fantastic effort. Through the technician mapping that is underway, I also see how many dedicated technicians we have who keep the wheels turning and ensure that we carry out and maintain the research (and partly also the teaching) at the level we do. With the help of our core facilities and the expertise of technicians associated with them, many master’s and doctoral degrees, publications and, not least, new research results have been produced with great benefit to patients. And speaking of the wheels that must keep turning: without our employees in the administration, we would not have been able to do it. There are so many invisible tasks that we get good help with.<\/p>\n

When it comes to teaching, we have many enthusiastic teachers who have the student’s learning in focus. OSKE12 is just around the corner with contributions from many from K2, not least the administration, who make sure we make it happen!<\/p>\n

Let’s continue to have a positive attitude and support each other, smile at each other and give a little extra praise every now and then. I am incredibly proud to be part of this fantastic institute.<\/p>\n
