Jebsen Center for Myeloid Blood Cancer \u2013 C-MYC, in collaboration with Oxford Nanopore Technologies, is organising a workshop on Nanopore Sequencing technologies on <strong><em>Friday September 13<sup>th<\/sup> 2024 (09.30 \u2013 15:30)<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>Auditorium 2 &amp; 4, BB-Building \u2013 HUS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this workshop, you will get an insight including some hands-on about the method and practical applications of Oxford Nanopore\u00b4s disruptive sequencing technology. Especially, Assistant Professor Rachel Thijssen (Cancer Center Amsterdam UMC) will tell us about how she and her team has been employing the technology in uncovering the heterogeneity of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
