{"id":22505,"date":"2024-01-12T09:31:06","date_gmt":"2024-01-12T08:31:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/?p=22505"},"modified":"2024-01-12T09:34:38","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T08:34:38","slug":"den-kunstig-intelligente-milliarden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/2024\/01\/12\/den-kunstig-intelligente-milliarden\/","title":{"rendered":"[:no]Den kunstig intelligente milliarden [:en]The artificially intelligent billion [:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:no]I september lanserte regjeringen en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regjeringen.no\/no\/aktuelt\/regjeringen-med-milliardsatsing-pa-kunstig-intelligens\/id2993214\/\">satsing<\/a> p\u00e5 forskning og innovasjon innen kunstig intelligens (KI) og digital sikkerhet<\/p>\n<p>Satsingen skal v\u00e6re \u00abp\u00e5 minst 1 mrd. kroner over fem \u00e5r\u00bb (2024-28) og ha tre hovedspor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Samfunnskonsekvenser<\/li>\n<li>Teknologiutvikling<\/li>\n<li>Innovasjon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forskningsr\u00e5det har hatt en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forskningsradet.no\/nyheter\/2023\/forskningsradets-ki-ekspertgruppe-har-levert-sine-anbefalinger\/\">ekspertgruppe<\/a> som har gitt anbefalinger til innretning p\u00e5 KI-milliarden. UiB har v\u00e6rt representert ved prorektor Pinar Heggernes. De har beskrevet n\u00e5situasjonen og forventninger til satsingen samt gitt forslag til overordnede tiltak.<\/p>\n<p>Satsningen skal ha tre tverrg\u00e5ende, overordnede tema: tillit, ansvarlighet og kreativitet. Ambisjonen er at satsingen er b\u00e5de langsiktig, fruktbar, banebrytende og tverrfaglig.<\/p>\n<p>Oppf\u00f8lging p\u00e5 UiB ber\u00f8r b\u00e5de forskning, innovasjon og utdanning. UiB vil organisere et mobiliseringsarrangement n\u00e5r de f\u00f8rste utlysningene \u00e5pner rundt p\u00e5ske. UiB has been represented by pro-rector Pinar Heggernes. They have described the current situation and expectations for the investment as well as suggested overall measures.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative will have three cross-cutting, overarching themes: trust, responsibility, and creativity. The ambition is that the investment is both long-term, fruitful, ground-breaking, and interdisciplinary.<\/p>\n<p>Follow-up at UiB concerns both research, innovation, and education. UiB will organize a mobilization event when the first calls for proposals open around Easter.
