[:no]Strategi for framtiden \u2013 gled deg til Solstranseminaret 24-25 februar<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Programmet for strategiseminaret p\u00e5 Solstrand begynner \u00e5 ta form og blir sv\u00e6rt spennende. Et hovedtema blir v\u00e5rt samarbeid med helseforetakene p\u00e5 Vestlandet. Det blir innlegg av b\u00e5de Eivind Hansen og Per Bakke etterfulgt av paneldiskusjon der vi h\u00e5per instituttets ansatte vil v\u00e6re aktive. Vi har et godt samarbeid, men det kan bli bedre. Konkurransen om de beste forskerne og underviserne er hard og ressursene knappe. Hvordan kan vi utnytte v\u00e5rt potensiale best mulig? Vi h\u00e5per at diskusjonen kan f\u00f8re til 2-3 konkrete forslag som kan settes ut i livet.<\/p>\n

Et annet hovedtema blir forskningsfinansiering med vekt p\u00e5 EU-midler. Vi f\u00e5r bes\u00f8k av Katie Anders fra forskningsavdelingen og v\u00e5r utsendte i Brussel, Charlotte Eide. S\u00f8knadsmuligheter og informasjon om Digital Europe st\u00e5r p\u00e5 agendaen. Relatert til dette blir det innlegg om innovasjon og hvilke muligheter inkubatorbygget Eitri har \u00e5 by p\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Videre skal vi ha fokus p\u00e5 undervisning og formidling p\u00e5 ulike plattformer der blant annet leder av Senter for unders\u00f8kende journalistikk Per Christian Magnus blir med. Hvordan kan vi formidle forskning p\u00e5 en mer edruelig, men likevel spennende m\u00e5te uten sensasjonsoppslag som skaper urealistiske forventninger?<\/p>\n

De enkelte forskningsguppene og milj\u00f8ene vil ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 mulighet til \u00e5 presentere seg og det vil ogs\u00e5 bli en konkurranse, kanskje til og med en OSCE-eksamen \u2013 den som kommer f\u00e5 se. S\u00e5 blir det veldig sosialt \u00e5 treffes p\u00e5 tvers av yrkesgruppe og campi der K2 er representert.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The program for the strategy seminar at Solstrand is starting to shape up and will be very exciting. A main theme will be our collaboration with the health trusts in Western Norway. There will be talks by both Eivind Hansen and Per Bakke followed by a panel discussion where we hope the department’s employees will be active. We have a good collaboration, but it can get better. The competition for the best researchers and teachers is fierce and resources are scarce. How can we make the best use of our potential? We hope that the discussion can lead to 2-3 concrete proposals that can be put into practice.<\/p>\n

Another main theme will be research funding with an emphasis on EU funding. Katie Anders from the Research Department and our envoy in Brussels, Charlotte Eide will participate. Application opportunities and information about Digital Europe are on the agenda. Related to this will be talks about innovation and what opportunities the incubator Eitri has to offer.<\/p>\n

We will focus on teaching and dissemination on various platforms, including participation by the head of the Center for Investigative Journalism, Per Christian Magnus. How can we convey research in a more sober, yet exciting way without sensational postings that create unrealistic expectations?<\/p>\n

The individual research groups and environments will also have the opportunity to present themselves and there will also be a competition, perhaps even an OSCE exam?.<\/p>\n

We also hope there will be amble time for social interactions across groups and campi where K2 is represented.<\/p>\n

Have high expectations and be an active participant!<\/p>\n
