Kompetanseoppbygging av undervisningspersonalet gj\u00f8res gjennom blant annet kurs, seminarer og utarbeidede veiledere i regi av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/med\/enhetforl\u00e6ring\">Enhet for l\u00e6ring<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Undervisningserfaring tillegges n\u00e5 st\u00f8rre vekt ved ansettelse i faste vitenskapelige stillinger. Det som tidligere het \u00abpedagogisk basiskompetanse\u00bb er n\u00e5 omd\u00f8pt til<em> utdanningsfaglig basiskompetanse <\/em><em>viss innhold er nedfelt i <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uhr.no\/temasider\/karrierepolitikk-2\/nasjonale-veiledende-retningslinjer-for-uh-pedagogisk-basiskompetanse\">nasjonale retningslinjer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ved UiB oppn\u00e5s utdanningsfaglig basiskompetanse normalt ved \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/uniped\">program for universitetspedagogikk<\/a> tilsvarende 20 studiepoeng, men det er ogs\u00e5 anledning til \u00e5 s\u00f8ke om \u00e5 f\u00e5 godkjent tilsvarende kompetanse p\u00e5 <strong>alternativt grunnlag <\/strong>gjennom \u00e5 opparbeide en pedagogisk mappe.<\/p>\n<p>Dette alternativet kan v\u00e6re aktuelt for mange fordi det n\u00e5 kreves utdanningsfaglig kompetanse <strong>f\u00f8r<\/strong> ansettelse i professorstillinger. For f\u00f8rsteamanuensisstillinger har man fremdeles 2 \u00e5r p\u00e5 seg til \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 slik kompetanse, men \u00e5 ha dette ved s\u00f8knadstidspunktet er en styrke. Det kan v\u00e6re problematisk for personer i for eksempel full sykehusstilling \u00e5 f\u00e5 satt av tid til omfattende pedagogiske kurs \u2013 da kan mappealternativet passe bedre.<\/p>\n<p>Mappen skal inneholde en egenerkl\u00e6ring om pedagogiske ferdigheter og oversikter om gjennomf\u00f8rt undervisning, undervisningsplanlegging, kurs \u2013 i det hele kan alt man har foretatt seg relatert til undervisning legges til grunn. Enhet for l\u00e6ring arrangerer blant annet <strong>workshop om pedagogiske mapper<\/strong>, <strong>Universitetspedagogikk for medisin og helsefag &#8211; innf\u00f8ringskurs for ph.d.-kandidatar og postdoktorar<\/strong> (PHDPED900), <strong>Innf\u00f8ring i medisinsk- og helsefaglig didaktikk<\/strong> (MEDDID601) og seminarrekken <strong>Pedagogisk p\u00e5fyll <\/strong>som alle teller i mappen. Competence building of teaching staff is done through courses, seminars and prepared guidelines under the auspices of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/med\/enhetforl\u00e6ring\"><strong>Unit for Learning<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Teaching experience is now given greater importance when evaluating candidates for permanent scientific positions. What was previously called &laquo;basic pedagogical competence&raquo; has now been renamed \u201cbasic educational competence\u201d; the content of which is summarized in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uhr.no\/temasider\/karrierepolitikk-2\/nasjonale-veiledende-retningslinjer-for-uh-pedagogisk-basiskompetanse\">national guidelines<\/a>. At UiB, educational basic competence is normally achieved by completing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uib.no\/en\/uniped\">program for university pedagogics<\/a> equivalent to 20 credits, but it is also possible to apply for an equivalent qualification on by the <strong>folder alternative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This option may be relevant for many because education skills are now required <strong>before<\/strong> being employed as professor. For associate professorships, you still have 2 years to gain such expertise, but having this in place at the time of application is a strength. It can be problematic for people in, for example in a full hospital position to dedicate time for extensive educational courses. For these then the folder alternative might be a good option. The folder should contain a self-declaration of educational skills and overviews of completed teaching, teaching planning, courses &#8211; on the whole, everything that you have done related to teaching can be registered. Unit for learning organizes <strong>workshop on educational folder building<\/strong>, <strong>University pedagogics for medicine and health sciences, Introductory course for PhD candidates and postdoctoral fellows<\/strong> (PHDPED900), <strong>Introduction to medical and health sciences didactics<\/strong> (MEDDID601) and the seminar series <strong>Pedagogical supplement<\/strong> which all count in folder. It is therefore important that both UiB and HUS staff involved in teaching take care to register and build their folder.
