[:no]\"\"<\/a>Mitt namn er Oda Barth Ved\u00f8y, og eg overtar denne veka som redakt\u00f8r for K2Nytt. Eg byrja som stipendiat i ETEC-gruppa i oktober 2019, og i mitt prosjekt vil eg unders\u00f8kje dynamikken i tarmens mikrobiom under eksperimentell infeksjon med enterotoksisk E. coli.<\/em> Rettleiarane mine er Hans Steinsland og Kurt Hanevik. Eg tok mastergraden min i generell mikrobiologi p\u00e5 matematisk-naturvitskapeleg fakultet, og er dimed relativt fersk p\u00e5 K2. I have been a PhD candidate since October 2019, and in my project I am exploring intestinal bacterial dynamics during an experimental ETEC-infection. My supervisors are Hans Steinsland and Kurt Hanevik. I received my master’s degree in general microbiology at the Faculty of mathematics and natural sciences, and am therefor relatively new at K2. I am looking forward to getting to know the institute through the work with K2Nytt. Please contact me if you wish to contribute with cases for K2Nytt.
