{"id":16108,"date":"2019-05-16T08:00:04","date_gmt":"2019-05-16T07:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/?p=16108"},"modified":"2019-05-16T11:55:03","modified_gmt":"2019-05-16T10:55:03","slug":"nasjonal-kartlegging-av-mobbing-og-trakassering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/k2info.w.uib.no\/en\/2019\/05\/16\/nasjonal-kartlegging-av-mobbing-og-trakassering\/","title":{"rendered":"[:no]Nasjonal kartlegging av mobbing og trakassering[:en]National survey of bullying and harassment[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[:no]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Til alle ansatte<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">I perioden 20.mai til 31. mai 2019 skal det gjennomf\u00f8res en nasjonal kartlegging av mobbing og trakassering blant ansatte i universitets- og h\u00f8gskolesektoren og v\u00e5r institusjon er med p\u00e5 kartleggingen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Hvorfor gj\u00f8r vi dette?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per i dag finnes det lite kunnskap om omfanget av mobbing og trakassering i v\u00e5r sektor. ARK-unders\u00f8kelsen har sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l om arbeidsmilj\u00f8et, men stiller ikke direkte sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l om mobbing og trakassering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vi tar mobbing og trakassering p\u00e5 alvor og gjennomf\u00f8rer kartleggingen for \u00e5 f\u00e5 konkrete tall. Det gir grunnlag for tiltak i arbeidet med \u00e5 forebygge og f\u00f8lge opp mobbing og trakassering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vi h\u00e5per ogs\u00e5 at \u00f8kt oppmerksomhet p\u00e5 tematikken vil senke terskelen for \u00e5 si fra n\u00e5r man opplever u\u00f8nskede hendelser, og at hver enkelt setter seg inn v\u00e5re <a href=\"https:\/\/regler.app.uib.no\/regler\/Del-3-Personal-og-HMS\/3.1-Personalforvaltning\/3.1.6-Varsling\/Retningslinjer-for-varsling-ved-Universitetet-i-Bergen\">rutiner for varsling.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Vi ber deg om \u00e5 delta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Din deltakelse er viktig for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 kvalitet p\u00e5 kartleggingens resultat. En kartlegging blir kun nyttig hvis mange deltar. Vi h\u00e5per at alle svarer s\u00e5 oppriktig som mulig og bidrar p\u00e5 den m\u00e5ten til at vi f\u00e5r fram god og riktig informasjon. Alle svar er like viktig, selv om du ikke har opplevd noen form for mobbing eller trakassering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Du er anonym<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kartleggingen er anonym og gjennomf\u00f8res p\u00e5 overordnet niv\u00e5.\u00a0Ingen oppgir navn og koblingen mellom epost-adresse og svarskjema slettes umiddelbart etter kartleggingen er gjennomf\u00f8rt. Det er heller ingen ansatte ved den enkelte institusjon som har innsyn i datamaterialet. Datainnsamlingen og analysene i etterkant blir tatt h\u00e5nd om av Ipsos Norge. Ipsos bearbeider svarene p\u00e5 en m\u00e5te som sikrer den enkeltes anonymitet i henhold til personvernlovgivningen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Hva med resultatene?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dette er en nasjonal kartlegging\u00a0og resultatene legges fram i juni. Det utarbeides en rapport p\u00e5 nasjonalt niv\u00e5.\u00a0Universitetene og h\u00f8gskoler kan be om rapport p\u00e5 institusjonsniv\u00e5. Det\u00a0betyr at vi vil f\u00e5 fram tall for hele v\u00e5r institusjon, men ikke p\u00e5 fakultets- og instituttniv\u00e5. Resultatene vil f\u00f8re til oppmerksomhet b\u00e5de p\u00e5 nasjonalt og lokalt niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Telefontjeneste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Trenger du noen \u00e5 snakke med i forbindelse med tematikken, er det opprettet en egen telefontjeneste i tiden for kartleggingen. Det er Klinikk for krisepsykologi i Bergen som har telefontjenesten. Deres telefonnummer finner du i sp\u00f8rreskjemaet. Du kan ogs\u00e5 ta kontakte n\u00e6rmeste leder, HR-avdelingen eller bedriftshelsetjenesten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Kartleggingen\u00a0 &#8211; ingen varslingskanal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dersom du har opplevd mobbing eller trakassering i din arbeidshverdag ber vi deg melde fra og bruke v\u00e5re kanaler for \u00e5 si ifra. Det er ikke mulig \u00e5 varsle gjennom kartleggingen fordi den er anonym og ingen kan finne fram til hvem som har svart hva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Med vennlig hilsen<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rektor Dag Rune Olsen<\/p>\n<p>[:en]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Letter to all staff<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the period from 20 May to 31 May 2019, a comprehensive national survey of bullying and harassment among staff in universities and colleges will be carried out, and our institution is part of the survey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Why are we doing this?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Until now there has been little knowledge about the extent of bullying and harassment in the higher education sector. The ARK intervention programme asks questions concerning the work environment but does not ask explicitly about bullying and harassment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We take bullying and harassment seriously and are conducting this survey in order to gather data. The collected data will provide the basis for measures to help prevent and follow up cases of bullying and harassment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Greater awareness of the issue will hopefully lower the threshold for reporting unwanted incidents and ensure that everyone is familiar with our <a href=\"https:\/\/regler.app.uib.no\/regler_en\/Part-3-Human-Resources-and-HSE\/3.1-Human-Resources\/3.1.6-Notification-Whistleblowing\/Guidelines-for-notification-Whistleblowing-at-the-University-of-Bergen\">reporting procedures.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>We are asking you to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation is important to ensure that the information collected by the survey is as reliable and accurate as possible. A survey is only useful if the response rate is high. We hope everyone responds as frankly as possible and, in that fashion, contributes to the gathering of reliable and accurate information. All responses are equally important even if you have not experienced any form of bullying or harassment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>You are anonymous<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The survey is anonymous and is conducted at a national level. No names are given and the link between the e-mail address and responses will be deleted immediately after the survey is completed. No staff at individual institutions have access to the data. The collected data and subsequent analysis will be managed by Ipsos Norway. Ipsos read and analyse the data in a way that ensures anonymity in compliance with the personal data protection legislation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>What about the results?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is a national survey and the results will be presented in June. A national-level report will be produced. Universities and colleges receive a report at institutional level. This means that we will receive results for the whole university, but not at Faculty or department level. The survey results will attract attention both at the national and local level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Helpline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you need someone to talk to in connection with this issue, a helpline will be in operation for the duration of the survey. The Clinic for Crisis Psychology in Bergen is responsible for the helpline. Their phone number can be found on the questionnaire. You can also contact your immediate manager, the Division of Human Resources, and\/or the university healthcare provider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>The survey \u2013 not a whistleblowing system<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you have experienced bullying or harassment in the workplace, we ask you to report it and follow our complaints procedures.
