[:no]\"\"<\/a>Et noe sent, men godt nytt\u00e5r \u00f8nskes alle K2-ansatte. Jeg regner med at alle er godt i gang med sine gj\u00f8rem\u00e5l n\u00e5.<\/p>\n

28-29. mars arrangerer K2 for f\u00f8rste gang internat for hele instituttet p\u00e5 Solstrand Hotel & Bad. Tanken er \u00e5 samle s\u00e5 mange som mulig av instituttets ansatte for \u00e5 diskutere forskning og strategi. F\u00f8rste dag vil hovedsakelig bli viet korte \u00abspeed dates\u00bb der hver forskningsgruppe f\u00e5r muligheten til \u00e5 fortelle hva de forsker p\u00e5 og hva de er flinke til.<\/p>\n

K2 sin strategi de neste \u00e5rene blir ogs\u00e5 et viktig tema og prioriteringene for de neste \u00e5rene skal meisles ut. Andre stikkord fra programmet er profilering, kommunikasjon og undervisning.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5 blir det ogs\u00e5 forh\u00e5pentligvis et sv\u00e6rt sosialt arrangement der man har mulighet til \u00e5 bli bedre kjent med kollegaer man ikke omg\u00e5s til daglig. Derfor h\u00e5per vi p\u00e5 godt oppm\u00f8te fra v\u00e5re kollegaer i Stavanger, Haugesund og F\u00f8rde.<\/p>\n

Lenke til p\u00e5melding vil bli sendt ut om kort, men allerede n\u00e5 m\u00e5 dere holde av datoene. Jeg h\u00e5per s\u00e5 mange som mulig kan prioritere m\u00f8tet p\u00e5 Solstrand.<\/p>\n

\nFungerende instituttstyrer[:en]\"\"<\/a>I wish all K2 employees a somewhat late, but very heartfelt happy and fruitful new year. I assume most of you are already well into the working routines after the holidays.<\/p>\n

28-29 March, K2 arranges for the first time, an institute excursion for the whole institute at Solstrand Hotel & Bad. The idea is to gather as many as possible of the department’s employees to discuss research and strategy. The first day will be devoted to short «speed dates» where each research group is given the opportunity to tell the other about their research and what they are good at.<\/p>\n

K2’s strategy over the next few years will also be an important topic and as we need to chisel out the way forward. Other key words from the program are profiling, communication and teaching.<\/p>\n

In addition, we hope the outing also will be a very social event. It certainly is a great opportunity to become better acquainted with colleagues you do not meet on a daily basis. Therefore, we hope that many of our colleagues in Stavanger, Haugesund and F\u00f8rde will be able to participate.<\/p>\n

A link to registration will be sent out shortly, but mark your calender today. I hope as many as possible can prioritize to come to Solstrand.<\/p>\n
