[:no]\"\"<\/a>Det har v\u00e6rt en del planlegging i h\u00f8st b\u00e5de for administrasjonen og komiteen som lagde innholdet, og endelig var vi klare for instituttets dag p\u00e5 onsdag.
\nJeg har gledet meg til \u00e5 v\u00e5rt felles m\u00f8tepunkt, ogs\u00e5 siden vi i \u00e5r hadde juleavslutning med middag etterp\u00e5. Jeg h\u00e5per og tror at vi i tillegg til faglig p\u00e5fyll ble bedre kjent med v\u00e5re kolleger p\u00e5 instituttet, enten de stod p\u00e5 scenen eller satt rundt bordet ditt. Jeg har mange gode inntrykk og minner fra dagen, spesielt sterkt husker jeg Ehsans imponerende sang og musikk, som har inspirert flere av oss til \u00e5 \u00f8ve p\u00e5 knipsingen rundt lunsjbordet.<\/p>\n

Dager med b\u00e5de faglig og sosialt p\u00e5fyll er viktig, og det er derfor jeg er glad for at det ikke er lenge til neste gang. K2 konferansen 2019 er planlagt p\u00e5 Solstrand 28.-29. mars og blir i stedet for det \u00e5rlige Strategiseminaret i januar og Instituttets dag p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten. Det blir en lunsj-til-lunsj konferanse med middag p\u00e5 kvelden og overnatting, s\u00e5 da f\u00e5r vi enda en sjanse til \u00e5 bli bedre kjent med andre K2-ere. Hold av datoen allerede \u2013 n\u00e6rmere informasjon og p\u00e5melding kommer neste \u00e5r.<\/p>\n

Avslutningsvis vil jeg igjen takke organisasjonskomiteen for arbeidet de har gjort med \u00e5rets instituttdag. Uten deres bidrag til fellesskapet hadde det ikke blitt noe dag. Takk til Ola, Sonja, Irene, Marius, Bente og Siv Lise.<\/p>\n

Beste hilsen Julie[:en]\"\"<\/a>This fall has seen a lot of work related to this Wednesday\u2019s department day, both for the administration and the organizing committee, and finally, this week, the day arrived.
\nI have been looking very much forward to our day together, partly also due to this year\u2019s dinner afterwards. I like to believe that many of you became better acquainted with your colleagues, both on and off the stage. I myself have many memories and impressions from the day, and one of the most lasting impression is the song and music from Ehsan, by which I was most impressed. His music has inspired many of the staff to practice snapping their fingers during lunch hours.<\/p>\n

We have all much to gain from a day like this, with both professional and social refill. I am therefore glad that the waiting time until our next gathering is not too long. The K2 conference 2019 is being held 28.-29. March at Solstrand. The conference will incorporate both the department day and the annual strategic seminar which is usually held in January. The conference will be from lunch to lunch, and also includes dinner in the evening and accommodation, meaning we will soon have a new opportunity to get even better acquainted with fellow K2s. Please save the date, more information will come early next year.<\/p>\n

Finally, I would like to once again thank the organizing committee for their work with this year \u2018s department day. Without your contribution , we would not have had this great day together. Thank you Ola, Sonja, Irene, Marius, Bente og Siv Lise.<\/p>\n
