Fra sentralt UiB-hold heter det at medarbeidersamtalen er et ledd i m\u00e5lrettet ledelse og medarbeiderutvikling. Samtalene skal v\u00e6re \u00e5rlige, systematiske, gjensidig forberedte og knyttes opp til virksomhetens planer. Det anbefales \u00e5 bruke UiBs sitt skjema for medarbeidersamtaler for \u00e5 systematisere samtalen.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 K2 er medarbeidersamtalene organisert slik at jeg som fungerende instituttleder tilbyr gruppelederne medarbeidersamtaler og tilbud om dette blir sendt ut i disse dager. Gruppelederne skal tilby sine gruppemedlemmer vitenskapelige, tekniske og eventuelle administrativt ansatte det samme. Gjennomf\u00f8ring vil bli etterspurt av oss i ledelsen og UiB sentralt \u2013 dette er noe vi som institutt m\u00e5les p\u00e5. The UiB policy is that the employee interview is a part of targeted management and employee development. The talks should be annual, systematic, reciprocally prepared and linked to the strategic plans of the institute, faculty and university. It is recommended to use the UiB&#8217;s employee interview form to systematize the conversation.<\/p>\n<p>At K2 the employee talks are organized so that I, as acting head of department, offer group leaders employee interviews. A time schedule will be sent out in order for you to book a time. Group leaders will provide their group members, both academic, technical and \u00a0administrative staff, the same. Implementation will be checked by K2\u2019s administration and the central administration at UiB will also log our performance in this area.
