Valget er hjemlet i universitetets valgreglement. Instituttr\u00e5det skal ha medlemmer valgt av og blant: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gruppe A: Fast tilsatte i undervisnings og forskerstilling (tilsatte instituttledere inkludert)<\/li>\n<li>Gruppe B: Midlertidig tilsatte i undervisnings og forskerstilling<\/li>\n<li>Gruppe C: Teknisk og administrativt tilsatte<\/li>\n<li>Gruppe D: Studenter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Frist for forslag p\u00e5 medlemmer (gruppe B) er satt til <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>tirsdag 10. april 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Forslag m\u00e5 v\u00e6re hos valgstyrets sekret\u00e6r, Irene Hjelmaas, instituttadministrasjonen <a href=\"mailto:irene.hjelmaas@uib.no\">irene.hjelmaas@uib.no<\/a> , <strong>innen kl. 15.00 tirsdag 10. april 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instituttr\u00e5det skal ha f\u00f8lgende sammensetning:<\/p>\n<table width=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"89\"><strong>Gruppe<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"273\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"75\"><strong>Antall<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"205\"><strong>Funksjonsperiode<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"89\">Gruppe B<\/td>\n<td width=\"273\">Midlertidig tilsatte i undervisnings og forskerstilling<\/td>\n<td width=\"75\">1 + 3 vara<\/td>\n<td width=\"205\">1 \u00e5r &#8211; 01.08.2018 \u2013 31.07.2019<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Forslaget m\u00e5 v\u00e6re skriftlig (p\u00e5 papir med fysiske underskrifter) og det m\u00e5 v\u00e6re underskrevet av minst tre stemmeberettigede i den respektive gruppen. Ingen kan skrive under p\u00e5 mer enn ett forslag.<\/p>\n<p>Forslaget m\u00e5 inneholde minst \u00e9n og h\u00f8yst fire kandidater. De foresl\u00e5tte m\u00e5 v\u00e6re valgbare. Fremmes det forslag p\u00e5 mer enn en kandidat, oppfordres det til at det tas hensyn til kj\u00f8nnsmessig balanse.<\/p>\n<p>For \u00e5 ha stemmerett og v\u00e6re valgbar til gruppe B m\u00e5 man ha v\u00e6rt tilsatt f\u00f8r 1. mars valg\u00e5ret i slik stillingskategori som det avlegges stemme i og ha minst 50% stilling ved Klinisk institutt 2, Det medisinske fakultet.[:en]<strong>MEMBERS FOR THE INSTITUTE COUNCIL OF CLINICAL INSTITUTE 2 GROUP B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Members in Group B shall be elected to the Institute Council at Clinical Institute 2. The election is authorized by the University&#8217;s electoral rules. The Institute Council shall have members elected by and among:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group A: Fulltime employed in teaching and research positions (including department managers)<\/li>\n<li>Group B: Temporary employes in teaching and research<\/li>\n<li>Group C: Technical and administrative staff<\/li>\n<li>Group D: Students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deadline for proposals of members (Group B) is set<br \/>\nTuesday, April 10, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals must be sendt to the election board&#8217;s secretary, Irene Hjelmaas, departmental administration <a href=\"mailto:irene.hjelmaas@uib.no\">irene.hjelmaas@uib.no<\/a> ,\u00a0<strong>by kl. 15:00 Tuesday 10 April 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Institute Council shall have the following composition:<\/p>\n<table width=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"89\"><strong>Group<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"273\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"75\"><strong>Amount<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"205\"><strong>Function Period<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"89\">Group B<\/td>\n<td width=\"273\">Temporary employes in teaching and research<\/td>\n<td width=\"75\">1 + 3 deputy<\/td>\n<td width=\"205\">1 Year &#8211; 01.08.2018 \u2013 31.07.2019<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The proposal must be in writing (on paper with physical signatures) and must be signed by at least three voters in the respective group. No one can sign on more than one suggestion.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal must contain at least one and a maximum of four candidates. The suggested must be eligible.
