  1. A: PRISER VED DET MEDISINSKE FAKULTET 2017<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Det skal utdeles priser for \u00c5rets publikasjon, \u00e5rets forskningsgruppe, \u00e5rets ph.d.-arbeid <\/em>og fremragende forskningsformidling.<\/em><\/p>\n

    K2 kan fremme inntil to kandidater i hver kategori. Forslagene skal grunngis. Det enkelte forslag b\u00f8r v\u00e6re p\u00e5 1\/2-1 side. Vi ber <\/strong>forskingsgruppeledere om forslag som sendes <\/strong>pal.njolstad@uib.no<\/strong> innen fredag 6. april 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00c5rets publikasjon
    \n<\/u>-argumentasjon for kvalitet, originalitet og nyskapning
    \n-hvis relevant, konsekvenser \u00a0for videre kunnskapsinnhenting, klinisk anvendelse eller innovasjon
    \n-b\u00f8r avspeile instituttets egen forskning
    \n-originalartikkelen som nomineres skal vedlegges som pdf-fil av trykket artikkel<\/p>\n

    \u00c5rets ph.d.-arbeid
    \n<\/u>-argumentasjon for kvalitet, originalitet og nyskapning
    \n-hvis relevant, konsekvenser for videre kunnskapsinnhenting, klinisk anvendelse eller innovasjon
    \n-kandidatens eget bidrag til arbeidet kommenteres
    \n-fire trykte eksemplar av avhandlingen skal sendes fakultetet (vil bare bli returnert p\u00e5 foresp\u00f8rsel).<\/p>\n

    \u00c5rets forskningsgruppe
    \n<\/u>-argumentasjon med utgangspunkt i forskningsproduksjon og kvalitet
    \n-b\u00f8r ha tett samarbeid og ikke ha karakter av \u00e5 v\u00e6re et l\u00f8st knyttet nettverk
    \n-bidrag til nasjonalt og internasjonalt forskningssamarbeid, nettverksbygging og bidrag til rekruttering og utdanning av forskerrekrutter kommenteres<\/p>\n

    Formidlingsprisen
    \n<\/u>-argumentasjon for hvordan en forsker eller en forskningsgruppe har evnet \u00e5 formidle nyere forskning p\u00e5 en fremragende m\u00e5te til et bredt publikum
    \n-forskningsformidlingen skal v\u00e6re av h\u00f8y kvalitet med hensyn til faglig innhold, utforming og utf\u00f8relse
    \n-den b\u00f8r engasjere, vekke nysgjerrighet, gi inspirasjon og ny kunnskap
    \n-formidlingen skal svare p\u00e5 samfunnets behov for informasjon og kunnskap om forskning og h\u00f8yere utdanning<\/p>\n

    B: UNDERVISNINGSPRISEN VED K2<\/p>\n

    K2 har opprettet en undervisningspris p\u00e5 50\u00a0000 NOK. Prisen deles ut inntil en gang \u00e5rlig til en underviser som s\u00e6rlig har utmerket seg for fremragende innsats i studentundervisning innenfor emner i studieprogram for medisin, farmasi, odontologi eller ern\u00e6ring som tilh\u00f8rer K2.<\/p>\n

    Vi ber om forslag <\/strong>sendes <\/strong>til jone.trovik@uib.no innen 13. april 2018<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Prisen utdeles p\u00e5 Eksamens og undervisningsseminaret 2. mai.<\/p>\n

    Momenter som s\u00e6rlig vektlegges i vurdering av foresl\u00e5tte kandidater til K2 undervisningspris:
    \n-studentevaluering av undervisning
    \n-mottatte priser for god undervisning
    \n-utvikling av nye studentaktiviserende undervisningsformer
    \n-bruk av nye digitale undervisnings- eller eksamensmetoder
    \n-produksjon av l\u00e6reb\u00f8ker\/fagb\u00f8ker
    \n-internasjonalisering av undervisning
    \n-andre undervisnings- eller eksamensrelatert prosjekter med klar overf\u00f8ringsverdi[:en]    \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    It\u2019s time to honor our best in research, teaching and dissemination 2017!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A. PRICES OF THE MEDICAL FACULTY 2017
    \nPrizes will be awarded for the year’s publication, the research group of the year, the year’s PhD work, and excellent research dissemination.<\/p>\n

    K2 can promote up to two candidates in each category. The proposals needs to be detailed. The individual proposal should be on 1\/2-1 page. We ask research group leaders to submit proposals o pal.njolstad@uib.no by Friday 6 April 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Publication of the Year<\/strong>
    \n-describe quality, originality, and innovation
    \n– if relevant, consequences for further knowledge acquisition, clinical use or innovation
    \n– should represent the department’s own research
    \n-the original article as nominated should be enclosed as a pdf file of the printed article<\/p>\n

    The PhD Thesis of the Year<\/strong>
    \n-describe quality, originality, and innovation
    \n– if relevant, consequences for further knowledge acquisition, clinical use or innovation
    \n-candidate’s own contribution to the work needs to be explained
    \n-four printed copies of the thesis should be sent to the faculty (will only be returned on request).<\/p>\n

    The Research Group of the Year<\/strong>
    \n-describe research production and quality
    \n-should have close collaboration and not have the character of being a loosely linked network
    \n-contributions to national and international research collaboration, networking and contributions to recruitment and education of researchers recruited<\/p>\n

    The Dissemination Price<\/strong>
    \n-descrube how the researcher or research group has been able to convey recent research in an excellent way to a broad audience
    \n-research dissemination must be of high quality in terms of professional content, design and execution
    \n-should engage, awaken curiosity, give inspiration and new knowledge
    \n-the dissemination must respond to society’s need for information and knowledge about research and higher education.<\/p>\n

    B: K2\u2019S TEACHING PRICE<\/strong>
    \nK2 has launched a teaching price of 50,000 NOK. The prize is awarded once a year to a lecturer who has particularly excelled for outstanding efforts in student education within subjects in the program of medicine, pharmaceuticals, dentistry or nutrition belonging to K2.We ask for proposals sent to jone.trovik@uib.no by April 13, 2018.The prize will be awarded at the Examination and Teaching Seminar on 2 May.<\/p>\n

    Matters that are especially emphasized in the assessment of proposed candidates for the K2 tuition fee:<\/p>\n

    -student evaluation of teaching
    \n-remarks for good education
    \n-development of new student activating teaching methods
    \n-use of new digital teaching or examination methods
    \n-production of textbooks \/ textbooks
    \n-internationalization of teaching
    \n-other teaching or exam-related projects with clear transfer value<\/p>\n
