Som universitetsansatte m\u00e5 vi ALLE bidra inn i dette; det er de vitenskapelige som vil ha ansvar for forelesninger, men kurs vil kunne trenge tilrettelegging fra teknisk personale, og studenter som skal ha oppgaver, trenger rettledning p\u00e5 lab, med instrumenter\/maskiner og statistisk veiledning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stipendiater som er UiB-ansatt, har plikttjeneste. Der det fremkommer relevant fagbakgrunn, kommer jeg til \u00e5 be om at den tid\/andel allokeres til nettopp undervisning. Stipendiater som ikke har medisinsk bakgrunn, vil bli prioritert til andre oppgaver som ikke krever medisinsk kompetanse. Det er viktig at veiledere informerer sine stipendiater om v\u00e5re forventninger med hensyn til dette, og ogs\u00e5 aktivt stimulerer dem til \u00e5 bidra. Ogs\u00e5 ikke-UiB-stipendiater er sv\u00e6rt \u00f8nsket til undervisningsbidrag. I en PhD-utdanning inng\u00e5r formidling som del av det en skal dokumentere \u00e5 ha utf\u00f8rt, og undervisning vil telle her. Ogs\u00e5 med tanke p\u00e5 eventuelt videre vitenskapelig ansettelse er undervisningserfaring viktig. Flott om aktuelle bidragsytere meldes til meg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Undervisningsdagen 2. mai<\/strong> har undervisningsportef\u00f8lje som et tema, nettopp for \u00e5 dyktiggj\u00f8re oss med hensyn p\u00e5 \u00e5 dokumentere og synliggj\u00f8re undervisningskompetanse.<\/p>\n<p>OSCE (<em>Objective Structured Clincal Exam<\/em>), eller stasjonseksamen p\u00e5 norsk, brukes allerede ved farmasi, mens det i Medisin 2015 avholdes for f\u00f8rte gang i full skala for et helt kull studenter 20. juni. Vi trenger at undervisere fra f\u00f8rste til sjette semester lager eksamensoppgaveforslag. Dette skal meldes til K1s OSCE-ansvarlig, professor Eirik S\u00f8fteland.<\/p>\n<p>K2 skal ha ansvar for \u00e5 implementere avsluttende OSCE for 12. semester. Der trenger vi en person med interesse for undervisning\/evaluering som vil bidra til \u00e5 lede arbeidet frem mot den f\u00f8rste avsluttende OSCE i juni 2019. As university employees we ALL have to contribute as teachers\/facilitators, although at different levels. The academics hold the responsibility for lecturing, but specific student courses may need assistance from technicians\/non-medical scientists. Students will also need mentoring during specific projects in handling instruments\/machines and statistics.<\/p>\n<p>PhD students with UiB scholarships are to fulfil a proportion of compulsory service\/work. With relevant medial background I will ask for their appropriate time\/share to be allocated for teaching. PhD students with other scientific backgrounds will be prioritized for other needy\/worthy tasks. It is important that each mentor inform their PhD candidates accordingly regarding these UiB expectations and actively encourage them to participate in teaching activities. Other \u201cnon-UiB scholarship\u201d candidates are encouraged to participate in teaching activities. During their PhD training, the candidate shall participate in academic dissemination. Teaching activities will be one way of fulfilling this. In addition, planning for future scientific employment, teaching experience is important. Hopefully I will be informed of who may be included as teacher from the new pool of PhD candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The teaching day 2 May<\/strong> has a teaching portfolio as a theme, precisely to enable us to document and visualize teaching skills.<\/p>\n<p>OSCE (Objective Structured Clincal Exam), or station exam in Norwegian, is used for pharmacy already, while in Medicine 2015 it will be held for the first time in full scale for a full litter of students on 20 June. We need that teachers from the first to the sixth semester make exam paper proposals. This must be reported to K1 OSCE responsible, professor Eirik S\u00f8fteland.<\/p>\n<p>K2 shall be responsible for implementing the final OSCE for the 12th semester. There, we need to find a person with an interest in teaching\/evaluation that will help lead the work towards the first exitOSCE in June 2019.
