[:no]Biobank Haukeland<\/a><\/em> er et samarbeid mellom Haukeland universitetssjukehus og Universitetet i Bergen. Det overordnede m\u00e5let for Biobank Haukeland er \u00e5 \u00f8ke kvaliteten i forskningsprosjektene ved de to institusjonene.<\/p>\n

Biobank Haukeland har anskaffet en automatisk lagringsfasilitet for forskningspr\u00f8ver med kapasitet p\u00e5 2,5 millioner r\u00f8r. Pr\u00f8vene lagres i \u201380 \u00b0C. Fasiliteten vil etter hvert ogs\u00e5 kunne tilby lagring i nitrogentank. Det er estimert at lagringsfasiliteten er i drift i februar 2018.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00f8vemateriale opparbeidet av, og lagret i, Biobank Haukeland vil bli registrert i LabVantage<\/a>. LabVantage er en sporingsl\u00f8sning for forskningspr\u00f8ver anskaffet av Helse Vest.<\/p>\n

I Biobank Haukeland betaler man for innskudd og uttak av sine forskningspr\u00f8ver, samt en \u00e5rlig leie. Prosjektet er ikke avsluttet, og lagringsprisene er dermed estimert p\u00e5 bakgrunn av n\u00e5v\u00e6rende kostnadsoverslag. Prisendringer kan derfor forekomme.<\/p>\n

Henvendelser kan rettes til leder for Biobank Haukeland, Ann Cathrine Kroksveen<\/a> PhD.[:en]Biobank Haukeland<\/a><\/em> is a collaboration between Haukeland University Hospital and the University of Bergen. The primary goal for Biobank Haukeland is increased research quality for the two institutions.<\/p>\n

Biobank Haukeland has procured an automatic storage facility for research samples, with a capacity of storing 2.5 million biobank tubes. Biobank Haukeland will be in operation in February 2018.<\/p>\n

All sample material stored in Biobank Haukeland will be registered in LabVantage<\/a>. LabVantage is a laboratory information management system for research samples procured by Helse Vest.<\/p>\n

The users of Biobank Haukeland must pay for deposit and withdrawal of research samples, in addition to yearly rent. The project is not yet closed, and the presented prices are therefore estimated based on the current cost estimate. Price changes may therefore occur.<\/p>\n
