Lederen f\u00f8r sommeren tok opp det nye strategidokumentet til K2 og anga at vi skulle bruke det aktivt i arbeidet med \u00e5 utvikle K2. Strategidokumentet ang\u00e5r oss alle og finnes her for de som trenger \u00e5\u00a0 friske det opp.<\/p>\n<p>K2 ledelsen kommer til \u00e5 ha s\u00e6rlig fokus p\u00e5 disse punktene i strategidokumentet i h\u00f8st: Rekruttering, publikasjonsaktivitet, bruk av MittUIB, Canvas og Inspera, samt \u00f8konomirapportering. Vi kommer n\u00e6rmere tilbake til disse sakene i senere ledere.<br \/>\nN\u00e5r det gjelder rekruttering, skal anf\u00f8res f\u00f8lgende: Institutt\u00f8konomien er i balanse, og i de neste \u00e5rene er det en del naturlig aldersavgang. Det \u00e5pner for muligheter for strategisk rekruttering. Rekrutteringsutvalget som \u00d8ystein Bruserud var leder for, anf\u00f8rte at en ved rekruttering etter avgang f\u00f8rst b\u00f8r sjekke at det aktuelle faget har den undervisningskapasiteten som trenges. Deretter b\u00f8r stillingen utlyses breiest mulig for \u00e5 sikre best mulig rekruttering. Dette synes jeg er gode tanker. I hope everyone got to recharge their batteries and are now ready for the autumn. The editorial that was issued just before the summer dealt with K2\u2019s new strategy document and it stated that we would use it actively in our efforts to enhance K2. The strategy document concerns us all and you can find it here if you need to freshen it up. The K2 management will have a particular focus on the following issues in the strategy document this fall: Recruitment, publication activity, use of MittUiB, Canvas and Inspera and financial reporting. We will come back to these issues in future editorials. When it comes to recruitment, the following should be noted: The K2 economy is now balanced, and in the next few years there are some natural age retirements. This opens opportunities for strategic recruitment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8ystein Bruserud was the head of the Recruitment committee, who recommended that when recruiting after retirement we should check first that the teaching requirements within that particular field is covered. Then the vacant position should be advertised as broad as possible to ensure the best possible recruitment.
